Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Traliyo mobile application and web platform (collectively, the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Traliyo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Traliyo is an AI-powered travel planning and management platform that provides:

• Trip Timeline & Itinerary Management — Create, organise, and manage travel itineraries with a visual timeline.
• AI Trip Planner — Generate personalised itineraries powered by Google Gemini AI.
• AI Document Scanner — Extract travel details from boarding passes and tickets using AI-powered OCR.
• Real-Time Flight Tracking — Live flight status, gate changes, and delay information.
• Weather Forecasts — 10-day destination forecasts with packing tips and activity suggestions.
• Currency Converter — Real-time currency conversion rates for international travel.
• Explore Places — Discovery of nearby restaurants, cafés, and attractions via Google Maps.
• Emergency Contacts — Country-specific emergency numbers available offline.
• Document Storage — Secure storage for travel documents and boarding passes.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

To access certain features, you must create an account via email/password or third-party authentication (e.g., Google OAuth). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information.

Certain features utilise artificial intelligence and machine learning. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content (itineraries, extracted data, recommendations) is for informational purposes only and should be independently verified.
• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or outdated information. Traliyo does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
• You are solely responsible for verifying AI-extracted data from documents.
• AI-generated itineraries are suggestions and may not account for personal preferences, accessibility, safety, or real-time conditions.

The Service integrates with third-party APIs for flight tracking, weather, currency rates, and place information (including Google Maps). You acknowledge that:

• Third-party data is provided “as is” and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies.
• Traliyo is not responsible for accuracy or availability of third-party data.
• Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
• Flight tracking is for reference only — always verify with your airline.

You retain all rights to content you create, upload, or store (“User Content”), including itineraries, documents, photos, and notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You represent that you own or have necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any laws or infringe third-party rights.

Traliyo stores your data securely in the cloud and caches it locally on your device to provide offline access. You acknowledge that:

• Your primary data is stored on our cloud infrastructure (powered by Supabase), with a local copy cached on your device for offline use.
• Locally cached data may not reflect the most current information until synchronisation with the cloud occurs.
• Real-time features (flight tracking, currency conversion) require an active internet connection and may be limited or unavailable offline.
• Data synchronisation between your device and the cloud occurs automatically when connectivity is restored.

Certain premium features may require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees, accept automatic renewal unless cancelled, and manage subscriptions through your device’s app store. Refunds follow the applicable app store’s policies. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt unauthorised access to the Service or connected systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Traliyo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use.

The “Traliyo” name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Traliyo. You must not use such marks without prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Travel information is for informational purposes only.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRALIYO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Traliyo from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may terminate your account through account settings or by contacting us. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
